During my time at Enable there was a ton of turn over. Within 10 months I reported into 4 different Managers and worked alongside 11 different BDRs (9 who've been dismissed). Within 10 months I also had 3 different territory changes. This organization is a revolving door with noone hitting quota!

mixed - great company, strong leadership and exciting industry. Really disappointing room for growth unless you're a fav of the leaders, who feed you the best support, territories, their time, etc. to facilitate your success.
