Former Employee Enable has some great people, but poor leadership consistently makes frustrating and counterproductive decisions. The company often seems to act against its own best interests, creating a cycle of confusion and inefficiency. High turnover—including among leadership—is treated as normal, which adds to the instability. Those who stay aren’t given real incentives, making it hard to stay motivated beyond needing a paycheck. Compensation is well below industry standards, and leadership shows no intent to improve it, even though the product is difficult to sell and quotas are rarely hit. Most people see this job as a temporary stop, not a long-term opportunity. Success is rare in the sales org, and even top performers don’t see significant financial reward—there’s really only one person making decent money. I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
