smoke and mirrors. look elsewhere unless you enjoy making 150 cold cold calls per week. process overkill. poor expectations.

Some of the managers really determine what your experience is like. Enable tries to Forster a collaborative culture but execution is usually poor. The enablement and training team are stretched and tend not to focus on their providing tailored plans for development for reps. Instead sometimes they get involved with product launches for example ?
