Current Employee To keep this brief - avoid this sinking ship at all costs.
I ignored the reviews when I joined figuring they must just be a few disgruntled employees. Turns out they are all completely accurate. The leadership is clueless and micromanaging to the max. You as a rep are just a number, you basically have one quarter to hit your number or you’re fired. You will never see a single lead here and your book of business is a small amount of niche companies that have been blasted by 1000s of emails and cold calls by the dozens of reps who lasted only one quarter in your territory before you. Unless leadership changes, don’t join this company, unless you enjoy adult baby sitters, grey hairs and sleepless nights due to the stress of your livelihood being taken away any minute
