Commission is great at the top end but TERRIBLE if you don’t reach 10 cars sold which didn’t happen often but it’s awful when it did

Not a great experience overall, I was a MT in a home branch and managers were very political in a professional setting (favoritism, micromanaging, etc.) They preach work life balance and the pay was good but 12 hour days weren't in the job description. Solid job out of college but not long term.
