My experience was decent. Good people, good culture and solid real-world training. Very fast-passed and customer focused. Learn different sales tactics selling protection products and maximizing insurance policies. Important to form relationships with body shops and dealerships. Long hours, limited vehicles, and having to deal with the general public all day we’re the main cons.

Enterprise is a great company for a fantastic long-term career, long hours but it is worth it. Lower starting salaries. However, if upper management supports you to apply for promotions you can move up quickly. The company is fully transparent on salaries once you start working there.
