Not a great experience overall, I was a MT in a home branch and managers were very political in a professional setting (favoritism, micromanaging, etc.) They preach work life balance and the pay was good but 12 hour days weren't in the job description. Solid job out of college but not long term.

Enterprise is a great company for a fantastic long-term career, long hours but it is worth it. Lower starting salaries. However, if upper management supports you to apply for promotions you can move up quickly. The company is fully transparent on salaries once you start working there.
