Former Employee2.9May 1, 2024Not a great experience overall, I was a MT in a home branch and managers were very political in a professional setting (favoritism, micromanaging, etc.) They preach work life balance and the pay was good but 12 hour days weren't in the job description. Solid job out of college but not long term.

Current Employee4.3Jul 29, 2025This is a great company, but don’t expect to make a lot of money very quickly. The company offers great benefits and a lot of time off but if you want to make 6 figures, it’s going to take you several years to get to that. You also get a company car which is nice.
