Create your own book of business, but also manage your current employees & sales performance while responsible for existing accounts, maintenance records, customer service, claim writing, and inspections. Work life balance could be better with more staffing. No OT for salaried positions when routinely working 50 hours per week in office. Building your pay plan is the name of the game.
