The first year was great and the ramp up was fairly straight forward. I was on a smaller team on the commercial sales group and my quota was substantially higher than most of my peers even due to an extra year in the role. Our clients were incredibly small and attaining quotas was tough all around unless you managed to land a whale at some point in the year. If not, you weren’t hitting quota.
