Current Employee1.0Aug 12, 2024- Terrible/micromanaging leadership. - Disorganized - Active blocking career progression - Subtle retaliation if one take too much PTO. - Employees who voice concerns are not heard and labelled as "problematic". - Very, very low pay compared to peers in the Energy SaaS industry. - Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You'll be happy you dodged a major bullet.
