However, there exists within the ranks toxic management that affects the growth, mental well-being, and morale of parts of the organization. Current Employee2.4Jun 11, 2024Avoid the P&R segment like the plague. Horrible, "flat management" structure means you have 3 bosses each chasing you for deal updates, not just one. Management wants to have the same call 5x time per week to review deals. Just let me fucking work.
