There is the potential in markets with high velocity of inbound but that’s non existent in my market. You could theoretically over achieve and still make next to no commission

The company needs a fresh leadership team! Top sales performers always leave and the company does not provide the right structure for compensation and career growth that allows top performers to thrive and stay with the company. Most people talking about waiting for the right opportunity to leave and the others are average performers who accept being comfortable!
