Sales leaders care and are great to work for. However, over the last 24 months there has been a large amount of in-organic growth through M&A, and each company decision made sense then has negatively impacted employees. Evaluate went from a great company culture with people who cared about their work to a large org where sales/ employees are treated more like numbers in a spreadsheet.

With the culture and leadership, it was a great experience. Not necessarily the highest paying sales org, but they treat their people well and have a good vacation policy.
