Some growing pains as a startup. Great leaders in place, that are proactively making changes and pushing transparency. Not a super tight ship for now, but things are being actively addressed. Very high focus on call metrics for SDRs. Attainment is based solely on meetings booked regardless of size. Priorities can feel murky because of mixed messaging from different managerial levels, but it seems like they're gradually getting on the same page.

This company was a traumatic place to work. The employees were required to work well over 60 hours per week with no additional compensation and misguided job descriptions and requirements.
