Small deals, fast sales cycle, lower income for software with no opportunity to sell enterprise. Alright place to break into software, but not for the long haul. Leadership is pretty solid (not the best, not the worst), with very little development.

A horribly mismanaged company with poor leadership. Incredible benefits and remote opportunity but quotas are unattainable and your boss will run you into the ground in hopes you quit.
