My overall experience working at Evisort was negative. The company doesn't care about their employees. The CEO of the company said in an all-hands meeting that they were profiting and wouldn't have to have any lay offs in the coming future... less than a month later they let go of some of the top performing employees/ only people bringing revenue to the organization. One of their values is to "not be a jerk'" and they can't even stay aligned with that one.

Founders are young, and have no experience scaling a SaaS organization. The C-suite brought on board had little to no impact to the business, and masks leadership issues with multiple layoffs within a year.

Toxic startup that overhired when they received funding which led to multiple rounds of layoffs. Deals were not being sold, leadership didn't acknowledge their lack of understanding of market fit and blamed reps for reason deals weren't closing.
