New VP tanking culture and has never worked in sales. Ent role sucks. Product is good. Some good reps and people but bad place to join if you are already a developed rep.

Compensation is much to low for a SaaS sales role. Incentives are ok but 100% is hit maybe 20-30% of the time across the board. Managers have favorites so the leads are fed to the favorites who have been there longer. Management is delusional as well as incompetent. I've seen Exclaimer change over the course of my tenure. I can't speak for what happened behind the scenes, but from an individual contributor's perspective, everything was great at first.
