Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The people are fantastic, but senior management needs a complete overhaul. They sell a product that is several years behind the competition when it comes to tech. There have been 3 rounds of layoffs in the past year and they continue to blame the reps even though all customers share the same sentiment of issues with the platform. Even reps that have had success are not safe from layoffs if they have a bad quarter or two (Unless friendly with the right people) . I cannot recommend enough stay away from this company. Every single deal that I have lost I can trace back to a poor product. It is mind boggling that our VP of Sales keeps their job after such a disastrous sales year, but you get rid of a lot of quality people that have brought in a ton of revenue/value.
