Former Employee Proof that a single leader can ruin a culture. This sales org was fairly solid until a new CRO was brought in. This person had zero experience as a CRO (previously a VP by acquisition) and absolutely tanked the sales org with constant restructuring, blatant favoritism, and a poor market approach. Unfortunately, the CEO is loyal to a fault and kept her around far too long. These days the company is in a less than ideal state with intermediary leaders and a single product that hasn't effectively innovated in years. Browse Other Reviews
