When I worked at Explorium 3 years ago, they were trying to be Zoominfo for data scientists and it didn't work. No one hit quota, ever. Things may be different now but if you're based in the US, and you're not Israeli or don't speak fluent Hebrew, I wouldn't work here, you'll always be treated as an an outsider. They're original CEO had a nervous breakdown and left the company.

The sales leader (has since departed from company) was very overbearing and high centered on driving an "in-office" culture. Early morning Monday and late Friday afternoon mandatory team meetings. Would say things like "we always need to be at an all out sprint to execute" and other similar phrases.
