Overall I have really enjoyed my time at FareHarbor. The culture, team and incentive structure are all conducive to a great sales gig. Biggest issue is the terrible base comp. You will not make much at all your first year, but are in a good position after that.

Overall good place to get a good foundation in sales in terms of training, skills & overall experience in a full cycle AE role. Base pay is okayish for Amsterdam standards & depending on the market you're working and your skills/ approach, commission could also be decent.

negative. everyone hits quota, but theres no money. with the 38k base which is criminal, im on track to make $70k this year and im over 200% quota.
