Current Employee No culture at all, No leadership. You get to learn a lot because it is all up to you to make it happen. Base is a little low, but there is ample opportunity to make commission. Zero equity. Sinking ship... CEO + CTO + Head of engineering have either been fired or let go within the past 3 months. Zero inbound leads. No SDR or ISR team to help the RSMs
