I love it so far. Market is going to continue to get more competitive, but overall this is an awesome to company to work for. The culture and environment are amazing, love the people I work with, and the pay is pretty fair. I have and will continue to learn a lot in my first role in the sales world.

Not a bad job, needs better leadership and rep development. Some trainings can be remedial if you are proficient in this role. As well as underwhelming incentives to produce more.

My experience over my time there has been positive overall. There is plenty of room for upward mobility and the organization promotes clarity and communication within the ranks. I think there is some room for opportunity in regards to compensation and professional training.
