I was hired by a team that was let go two weeks after I started. I was put on an impossible PIP immediately after coming off ramp. Never been lied to by a manager so many times. Upper management switches their strategy before they can even identify results. This creates a whiplash experience in lower and mid positions. This is the traditional burn and churn sales environment. Don’t go near unless you need starter sales experience.

Overall I enjoyed the company a lot at the beginning but it got bought out by a large corp and the culture changed a lot

My experience over my time there has been positive overall. There is plenty of room for upward mobility and the organization promotes clarity and communication within the ranks. I think there is some room for opportunity in regards to compensation and professional training.
