Subpar. New management really ruined things here, no growth, and it felt like we were teaching the managers/execs what the job entailed. That would have been somewhat ok if it wasn’t met with the same pointless statement in return that held no value. Then, to be told we need to be calling double the volume, with double the success rate.. whilst having our leads cut in half (cleaned up).. it felt like a set up. They did all this after firing 70%+ of the sales department & with many others quitting.

I love it so far. Market is going to continue to get more competitive, but overall this is an awesome to company to work for. The culture and environment are amazing, love the people I work with, and the pay is pretty fair. I have and will continue to learn a lot in my first role in the sales world.
