I do not recommend working here. This is a 100% outbound role, at least in the beginning. They expect you to make a minimum of 100 dials/day. However, they really want you to do 150-200. This is fine but the lead quality is hit or miss, especially if you're not on the inbound rotation. You can very well be successful here but it depends on a few uncertain variables that aren't urgent for them to address. Proceed with caution but I don’t recommend.

Low base pay but they make up for it with a "high OTE". Commission structure works out to about $90-$95K OTE even though they advertise it closer to $150k OTE.
