Overall experience has been good. Difficult to hit quota with current inbound generation. Hard to excel and move up to higher deal size roles currently. Leadership is solid but training and personal development could use improvement.

Product Market fit is there, but in order for them to grow, Rockwell needs to invest in this Business Unit more. Until then, it’s a “shoe string budget” type of company whose growth and progress is being hampered.
