Product Market fit is there, but in order for them to grow, Rockwell needs to invest in this Business Unit more. Until then, it’s a “shoe string budget” type of company whose growth and progress is being hampered.

Overally I really like Fiix Software, great product that has a very healthy inbound flow and potential for outbound. The team and the manager have been supportive. Growth and career trajectory is possible if you strive work hard and deliver, but that's pretty much anywhere.
