It’s a mature product that does not have much in terms of differentiation to an increasingly saturated market in the eyes of SMB and some Midmarket customers. Enterprise is difficult to crack, but not impossible. Just have to be mindful of the length of those particular sales cycles.

The company changed drastically after the acquisition. The business struggled to adapt to the market and being owned by a hardware company vs a software company. Had some solid benefits and decent compensation but is very much lifestyle job vs a high growth startup.
