I enjoyed most of my time at Filevine. I am optimistic on their product and future in the legal space.. The one complaint I have is about the negative culture the sales leadership and CEO have created. They refuse to allow even 1 day a week WFH for someone who was hired at 2 days a week WFH driving 100 miles round trip 5 days a week. It’s taxing on me and has definitely had a negative impact on my family.

Filevine is a company that makes an exceptional product. But the culture is toxic and the leadership is poor. The company exists to serve their investors and they cut costs and take advantage of both employees and customers in order to make their investors happy. If you have ever read the book Good to Great, they violate a principle every single chapter in that book.
