Awesome product. Great employees. Overall strategy/leadership were lacking given the multiple sales wide layoffs that happened and approach that sometimes overlooked hard/honest work.

This company is discriminatory and racist. Even the former head of HR tried to make a difference in the lack of diversity here and leadership at Smokeball pushed back. To make matters worse, they retaliated against a black woman for complaining about racism within 5-6 hours of her complaints going to HR.
