Former Employee Wolf of Wall Street ahh culture. So many terrible things about this company but here's just one: First of all, they call forecasting meetings "bloodboard" lmao. Like you're a offering a blood sacrifice to world's biggest mosquito. Forecasting is done in a huge group that all roll up to the same VP, we're talking 30-40 reps. At 8am sharp each rep sits there and watches the VP update his excel sheet until it's their turn to give their deal line.
