Too many competitors in this market delivering zero innovation. No growth in the market. Many many product challenges. A policy of bringing back ex-employees - if they couldn't get the company to exit back then, how can they do it now - a rear view mirror strategy from the CEO. Decent inbound volume but small deal values. Whales come infrequently. High pressure culture there and is necessary to deliver the unachievable. Comp plan is good. Worth a look but only for the right territory. Only for ninja sellers with a crazy work ethic IMO. AI and the hardware vendors will eventually kill this market - but when?

Good commission structure and package. Incentives for multi year deals. Technology is relevant in the market

My overall experience was fantastic at FireMon, although I worked there quite a few years ago it was a great company.
