Onboarding is practically non-existent.
Disconnected Leadership operates reactively rather than strategically, with little focus on coaching. The environment relies heavily on heroics and individual effort because management fails to provide a scalable, repeatable system. Siloed teams that do not share best practices across the entire organization for the financial health of the company. If you want to be constantly threatened and put on a PIP within your first 4 months, this is the place for you.
