Massive overhaul of leadership team moving away from founder lead to leadership team. Every part of the organization is in flux. Massive change management ahead in every part of the business.

Horrendous leadership infighting, company is declining sales, and has missed quarterly objectives for the past 8 quarters. Sales, marketing, and customer teams have seen major departures. People are very unhappy.
