Base comp is extremely low compared to industry average but the culture, incentives, and product is pretty great. Makes it difficult to want to leave even for higher base salary as someone who greatly values those other areas.

Very positive experience! Great company to grow at! I also think they care very well for the employees and the leadership team is a fantastic assortment of leaders. They know what they are and stay true to that.
