Pay is very low for the industry and its very rare employees hit OTE. Its a month-month quota and typical attainment for the floor is about 30ish percent hitting their monthly goals. On top of that, they just RAISED goals at the beginning of this year. As i'm writing this its half way through the month and more than half of the floor is at 0% to goal for the month....Read More

BambooHR is great. Definitely not your typical flashy tech company, but it’s got it where it counts.
