Company goals and sales compensation are complete opposites. Warning potential used to be there, but with new leadership has become unaligned and impossible to achieve.

Company has a tough time innovating and staying relevant in the market. PE Firm is has been operating, and is only focused on selling the company. Customers and employees are not priorities anymore... Morale is terrible, product innovation is terrible, and there are no safe spaces to communicate concerns, ideas, etc.

Fishbowl's sale leadership is great but the problem is outside of sales leadership, there is no alignment on what to do to help drive and convert sales.
