Current Employee Fishbowl's sale leadership is great but the problem is outside of sales leadership, there is no alignment on what to do to help drive and convert sales.
What the company wants from the sales team don't align with what the company goals are, which means the comp plan isn't aligned with what is being asked.
Changes are made so often that it feels like the company gets in it's own way regarding improvements and sales.
It's not a great spot to be at the moment.
