I had a positive experience working at Flexport, where the company culture and the team were both supportive and engaging. The opportunities for growth and skill development were moderate, and I genuinely enjoyed my time there. However, one area where there was room for improvement was the base pay, which was not as competitive as some other companies in the industry. Despite this, the overall experience at Flexport was okay.

My experience was great and the people were awesome to work with. The product market fit is really good but the operations side still needed some work as there were clients frustrated at times. Overall, a great company to work for and meet some amazing people.
