Everything has gone downhill over the last 12 months. Leadership is so focused on activity that there is very little time to be infront of customers and sell. Suggestions to improve are overlooked and the environment has become uninspiring. I want to help companies solve problems and make money along the way. Unfortunately my days are spent updating spread sheets, making sure I have enough meetings on the calendar, and internally negotiating to get deals done.

Flexport has a great product but the organization has undergone a lot of change recently leading to less of a focus on learning and development and a lack of strong, experienced leaders within the sales organization.
