I wasn't there long enough to learn much about the company before I got laid off. Company seems to be pretty lost... Why do you hire someone and then lay them off less than a 6 months later?! They paid me a good chunk of change (salary + guaranteed commission during ramp period + severance) in a short amount of time. Sad for myself to get laid off, but maybe a blessing in disguise. Sad for the company then I guess. Also once I got the email that I was being laid off, I had not verbal communication with a single person at the company. Everything was handled by email. Seemed very cold and impersonal.

Company has had tremendous ups and downs- the company has always an excellent product fit and clients love our products but constant leadership, comp, territory and quota make this job a lot more difficult than it has to be.
