Pros: great people, mission and market fit. Easier to sell a truly differentiated service within an antiquated industry. Cons: larger strategy and execution from leadership is shaky at best. Consistent changes made to strategy, process, staffing; all of which have burned valuable time and funding, leaving employees to pay for consequences in the form of career...Read More
