At first the lead generation and company flow was the best I had experienced. Once the company started to expand the "big company little company feel" dwindled and changed rapidly. With changes to commissions/bonus' consistantly (even during middle of a quarter) it started to create a different work environment where most employees were not happy. Along with constant changes in territory.

Experience of late has not been as positive - company moving towards activity based metrics wherein you are required to update a SIGNIFICANT number of data points each week across your entire pipeline, while also being held to a meeting quota, pipeline quota, & revenue quota. Almost unmanageable.
