Current Employee The market for their flagship ALPR product is huge and still rolling strong. We've had several poor rollouts of new products and processes making the day to day much harder on sales. Initiatives change frequently making it a waste of time to keep up with them. Upper management's lack of understanding of the government side of our business while leading with fear has made each and every day get worse to work here. Most of the other supporting business units are poorly run, making it nearly impossible to get your day to day done (especially with all the changing leadership initiatives) while also doing 3 other peoples jobs to keep customers happy.
The customer relationships and value the ALPR product brings to the community are the only saving graces keeping me and many others at the company. I'm really hoping leadership can clean up their act and turn it around, but they seem too focused on money/IPO these days and have completely lost sight of the customer. Hopes are not high for the culture improving any time soon.
