Believe everything that you read on the other reviews. Most of the employees are good people caught in a bad situation. The CEO changes his mind on a whim, will lie to your face, and will make up things to support his decisions. He runs off or fires any good leadership. There really isn’t any thing good to say about the company. The comp plan is the worst I’ve seen in my career. Leadership is non existent yet they still have 2 people to do 1/2 a persons job. The CEO is the most inept individual I’ve ever worked with or for. This was one of the biggest mistakes of my professional career.
