Smile and dial type company. Poor leadership. Player coach manager roles hold quality leads in their name. New employees get scraps.

Role is a meat grinder. Great sales experience for freshly out of college, but not much more than that. Sell expensive money is difficult, especially with so much competition and ridiculous pay-back terms (daily withdrawl). It's a hard sell, but not bad experience for entry level sales.
