Inbound sales is minimal. Partner ecosystem needs work. Sales leader has too much power on own team but very less leverage across support functions to help with sales. Too many resources that aren’t required in the system.

ForgeRock was a disaster, internally and externally. They're now "Ping Identity". Culture and product have tanked for both companies.
