The Marketing -> Lead -> Opportunity flow is hindered by the breadth of products, technologies, etc. without enough SMEs to effectively communicate value. This company needs to invest more in kickstarting parts of the business that have excellent value and growth potential.

Solid. I had the benefit of working with great managers, but the continued splitting of territories, over hiring of sales people, and T2 quota implementations are a driving force to look elsewhere.
