Overall, I think Fourth wasn’t a terrible company. The product made sense but the leadership team unfortunately left the place very toxic. The customer base is great but again, without the culture and having to go into the office 4 out of 5 days, it wasn’t really somewhere I wanted to stay.

Fourth has a decent to strong product but has struggled aligning its goals with realistic numbers. Only one rep in the US hit Quota this past year, who has since left the company. There is a high rate of hiring and firing and the plan this year is essentially to keep doing what we’re doing but with a higher quota. Overall the culture is really great here. Due to market saturation its hard to sell as Fourth is one of the most expensive solutions on the market due to having a "more robust" system. Hospitality is taking a hard hit over the past few years and many of them are finding it hard to take on new solutions let alone more expensive ones.
